3. (Save and SHARE) GARLIC SHRIMP RISOTTO
Ingredients
* 1-2 Shallots, finely diced
* 4 Garlic cloves, finely minced
* 4.5 cups chicken stock
* 2-3 Tbsp olive oil
* Salt
* 1.5 cups Arborio rice
* 1/2 cup white wine
* 2-3 Tbsp unsalted butter
* Pecorino Ramano , grated
* Fresh crack black pepper
Start by thinly dicing the shallots and mincing the garlic.
In a medium saucepot, add in the chicken stock. Place over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Once boiled, turn off the heat. Cover to keep hot.
In a large saucepan, heat up olive oil over medium heat until shimmering. Add in shallots and garlic. Season with salt. Stir and saute for 2-3 minutes or until softened.
Add in the Arborio rice and toast for about 30 seconds while stirring occasionally.
Add in white wine with the saffron threads. Turn heat up to medium-high and boil until 90% evaporated. Stirring occasionally.
Turn the heat back down to medium and begin constantly stirring while adding in ½ cup ladle full of chicken stock.
Constantly stir. Do not stop stirring.
Once the liquid is absorbed by the rice, add in another ½ cup ladle full of the chicken stock while constantly stirring.
Rinse and repeat until the rice is cooked to an al dente state and not crunchy.
When the rice is finished, turn off the heat and stir in the unsalted butter until fully melted.
Add in the grated pecorino Romano and stir to combine.

7. Fresh and refresh Pasta 🍊 🌿
Beetroot spaghetti, smoked salmon, crème cheese, citrus, pickles and fresh herbs.
Cook 2/3 fresh beets in 1 liter of water for just 5 minutes and blend. when it is cold separate a part to color the spaghetti, and the another part add soy lecithin and we make this beautiful red foam to finish the dish. enjoy.

11. SUSHI Burrito w/ Hot Crispy Oil 😮💨
How to do it:
🍣Sushi rice: Add 2 cups of RINSED short grain (sushi) rice to 3 cups of boiling water. Reduce to low, cover, and cook for 20ish minutes. Add in 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar (which I was out of and subbed white wine 🤷🏼♀️), 1/4 cup white granulated sugar, and 1 tsp salt. Mixie mix. Then spread out on a baking sheet to cool.
🍣Spicy Mayo: 1/3 cup mayo (I used avocado mayo) and 1 heaping tbsp oil. Mixie mix. 🔥
🍣Spicy Soy Dippy: 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 heaping tbsp oil. Mixie mix. 🔥
🍣Toppings: You’ll obvs need nori sheets, but my toppings included thinly sliced cucumber, corn, cilantro, avocado, raw salmon (if you go raw make sure you’re sourcing it from the best place you possibly can), spicy mayo, and tobiko (if your grocer doesn’t have fish eggs, call your local sushi restaurant and see if they’ll sell you some)
🍣Assembly: add rice to a nori sheet leaving a 1/2in border on 3 sides and a 1.5in border on the 4th side. It’s actually easier to add toppings closer to the 4th side and then roll the just rice portion over it. Use a LEEETLE bit of water to moisten the nori so it seals together.
🍣Dip it in your spicy soy dippy and enjoy 🤤

18. Caramelized Onion Garlic Bread! 🧄 🥖 Crispy, sweet, delicious
Recipe:
Garlic Confit: place garlic cloves in olive oil with rosemary in oven at 250 for 2 hours
Caramelized onions: In a skillet on medium/low heat, sauté 1 large diced white onion in olive oil. Stir frequently and allow to reduce for 45-50 mins. About half way through, add some sherry and Worcestershire sauce and mix in.
Caramelized onion Butter: mix together 1/2 cup butter, a bunch of garlic confit, 1 tbsp chives, 1/4 cup chopped Caramelized onions, salt and pepper to taste
Garlic bread: cut your baguette in half, top with a good mount of your butter mixture, top with grated parm and put in oven at 425 for 10 mins

✨️ garlic butter ✨️ cut the head off a whole garlick, and pour olive oil and salt over it. Wrap it in foil and pop it in the oven for 30 min at 350°F. Next chop parsley, a hot Chilli. Mix all ingredients with about a cup of butter. ( Wait till the garlick has cooled before adding, or it will melt all.tour butter). Once you spread the butter over your bread, then grate some parm over the butter.

Ingredients
200g Fresh Tuna
Spring onion
Ginger
1 tsp Wasabi
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 cup Vegie oil
3 Seaweed snack packs
1 tbsp Kewpie mayo
1 tbsp Sriracha
2 cups sushi rice
Method
Cook rice 🍚 Slice tuna 🐟 and make it look pretty flower 🌸 Julienne spring onion and ginger. Add spring onion to cold water to make it curl and look pretty. Add onion & ginger ontop of tuna. Mix wasabi, soy sauce and a splash of water and then cover the pretty looking tuna. Mix Bring veggie and sesame oil to a slight simmer & poor onto tuna. Enjoy the sizzle 🥵 mix sesame, sriracha & kewpie.
Make a little taco with your seaweed, rice, tuna & sriracha mayo & enjoy 🤤 🤤 🤤
