Ingredients 💃🏼
Butter for greasing
3 just-ripe, firm bananas, sliced length ways
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
For the Batter:
1 cup light brown sugar
3 very-ripe bananas, mashed
3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs, at room temperature
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 cup chopped dark chocolate
Method 🕺
Line baking tray. Slice and cut firm bananas and make an artwork on baking tray. On a low heat melt butter and add sugar & gently stir until you have a fkinnnn sweet syrup. Cover the bananas
Mix, mash and smash ripe bananas, sugar, olive oil, yoghurt, vanilla and eggs.
Add dry ingredients and fold those bad bois in. Fold in chopped chocolate and add to baking tray. Cook at 176C for 45-50 mins. Check with a toothpick into the centre that it comes out clean. Let rest for 10 mins. Add birthday candles, sing me happy birthday and then dig in 🤤 🥳 🎂 🍰

Recipe:
Caramelized onions: In a skillet on medium/low heat, sauté 1 large sliced white onion in olive oil. Stir frequently and allow to reduce for 45-50 mins. About half way through, add some sherry and Worcestershire sauce and mix in.
Skirt steak: season your skirt steak with salt and pepper and cook steak on high in a cast iron skillet on both sides for roughly 6 minutes each side. Allow to rest before slicing
Truffle Aioli: mix together 1 cup mayo, 1 tbsp truffle spread, 1 and 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 clove minced garlic, salt and pepper
Shoestring fries: slice your russet potato very thin as seen in video. Put them in a bowl of salted water for at least 10 mins and drain/dry super well. Fry in a pot of oil until golden brown

anchovy
(gluten free) panko
parmesan
salt

✨DIRECTIONS✨
1. trim and cut artichokes and brush with lemon juice
2. simmer artichokes in salt water with lemons for 15 minutes
3. stuff artichokes with panko mixed with chopped castelvetrano olives, chopped anchovy fillets, grated parmesan, salt, and olive oil
4. roast in oven at 425°F for 20 minutes
5. serve with a lemon/garlic aioli

Such a great spring/ summer sandwich.
Ingredients:
4 chicken thinly sliced breasts
3-4 Caprese tomatoes
8 ounces mozzarella
1/2 cup basil pesto
8 slices of bread
Instructions:
1. heat a skillet over medium heat
2. Add garlic, salt, & pepper to the chicken breasts
3. Add oil the skillet when hot
4. Cook then chicken breasts for about 6 minutes on each side, until internal temp is 165F
5. Preheat oven to 350F
6. add 2 tbsp pesto to one slice of bread, repeat for 3 more pieces.
7. Add tomatoes to 4 slices, then chicken breasts, then mozzarella
8. Toast in the oven until the mozzarella is melted
9. Remove & serve!
10. This makes 4 sandwiches
