360g unsalted butter
220g 70% chocolate
1 tbsp instant coffee powder
400g granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
120g cocoa powder
110g all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 350 F (non convection)
Place the butter, semi sweet chocolate, and coffee powder in a saucepan and melt it over medium heat. Set it aside. Beat the sugars, eggs, and vanilla on high speed with a machine, for about 8 min. Once light in color, add in the melted chocolate mixture and mix on low speed. Fold in the coco powder, flour, and salt.
Place the batter onto a buttered cast iron pan. And place the cast iron pan in a large roasting pan and fill the roasting pan halfway with water.
Bake for 30 min. Once done, let it sit at room temperature for 5 min before serving
Serve with vanilla ice cream

*Low calorie high protein meal*
Ingredients you will need:
-3 medium chicken breasts
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
-1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
-1.5 cup skim milk
-1 cup chicken broth
-1 teaspoon garlic minced
-2 teaspoons dried oregano
-2 teaspoons dried basil
-2 Tablespoons almond flour or rice flour or starch
-1 cup spinach
-1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes diced
-salt/pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
* Cut each chicken breast in half horizontally (cutlet style)
* Add salt and pepper to the chicken (and any other seasoning of choice).
* Place 1 Tablespoon of oil in a skillet or pan and cook the chicken over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
* Set the chicken aside.
* Place 1 Tablespoon of oil in the pan and cook the chopped onions for about 1-2 minutes.
* Add in the sliced mushrooms and cook for about 7-10 minutes, or until they are tender.
* While the mushrooms are cooking, create the sauce by whisking together the, skim milk, chicken broth, garlic, and basil + oregano until smooth.
Set the mushrooms aside and onion to the side.

* Add (1 Tablespoon) and your flour of choice in the pan and whisk for about 2-3 minutes.
* Pour the sauce into the pan and whisk for another 2-3 minutes, allowing it to slightly thicken.
* Add in the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach and stir.
* Add the chicken breasts and mushrooms back in, coating with the sauce and letting them heat back up for about 1 minute.
* Add more salt and pepper to taste.
* Remove from heat, serve on the vegetable fettuccine and enjoy!
